PCS SMD will embody Luke 10:33, and where most others will "cross the street" to avoid it (10:31-32), the SMD will stay true and alleviate immediate suffering of persons and property nationwide resulting from sudden and unexpected manmade or natural hazards creating crisis situations, while further mitigating the ability of ANY hazard or threat vector from further expanding the risk of suffering or harm to innocent persons. 

Upon identification of a qualifying crisis in need, PCS SMD will either deploy self-sustaining to the location, or dedicate remote resources and networked capabilities for set periods of time to meet clearly defined goals to help those in need rapidly. All PCS SMD efforts are executed at no cost to those being helped, allied and in fiscal partnership with existing 501C3's.
