PCS CHARITABLE RELIEF WORK

The PCS SPECIAL MISSIONS DIRECTORATE ("SMD") is the internal Relief work team that embodies Luke 10:33, where most others will "cross the street" to avoid it (10:31-32), the SMD will stay true, and when Preparedness has fallen short, to charitably alleviate immediate suffering of persons and property nationwide resulting from sudden and unexpected manmade or natural hazards creating crisis situations, while further mitigating the ability of ANY hazard or threat vector from further expanding the risk of suffering or harm to innocent persons.
